How do I track my order?
To monitor your purchase, kindly navigate to our order tracking page. Please note that orders with multiple items may ship in multiple boxes that have unique tracking numbers.
Shipping time varies for each product, most Christmas tree toppers are shipped within 24 hours, Biblical angels are purely handmade, so usually takes 3-5 days. For more details on the shipping time of each product, please contact us via email:[email protected].
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number may show a “tag created” status for up to 48 hours after shipment. This does not necessarily mean the item is not moving. It may just not have arrived at the next delivery center to be scanned.
What is my order status?
Our order tracking page is always available for you to track the status of your purchase.
Here are some likely delivery statuses that could suggest any of the mentioned scenarios:
Under Progress
- We have received your purchase and are examining it before dispatching it to the storage facility for completion.
- Your order has been forwarded to a storage facility for completion.
- A portion of your order has been dispatched.
Shipped
- The courier has collected your order, and you should receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number(s).
- The courier was unable to reach the given address or the address was incorrect.
Delivered
- Your order was delivered to the given address.
Returned
- One or more items from your order have been returned.
When can I expect my product to arrive?
The shipping timeline depends on the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner, please select an express shipping option.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours (except for customized items and handmade), and then you can track it through our order tracking page. You may not see the movement of your tracking numbers for up to 48 hours after shipping. During shipping, items are scanned at different points between pickup and delivery. Depending on the shipping route, it is normal for 24-48 hours to pass between scans.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellation or exchange requests may be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order, after this window, the order will be forwarded to the warehouse for processing and shipping. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a 1% fee to compensate warehouse staff. There is no charge for replacement products but will extend the shipping time by 1-2 days. Customized products and handcrafted pieces cannot be canceled or changed after the order has been placed.
You can still return or exchange your merchandise following our Refund and Returns Policy.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two methods of shipping:
Standard Shipping – We offer free ground shipping for all orders in the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). While our shipping partners do not guarantee delivery times for standard shipping, orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive at destinations within the contiguous US.
Express Shipping- Once shipped, your product will be in transit for 6 business days. For example, orders received by 12pm ET (9am PT) will arrive in 6 business days. Please note that Express shipments are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
