We take great pride in our products and craftsmanship. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and notify us within 30 days in case of any damage or defect. Our team is happy to assist you with a quick resolution.

For immediate reference, our Assembly, Use, and Care Instructions are included with your order and can also be found in our Resource Center.

Cyraft® One-Year Limited Warranty Coverage for Angel Tree Toppers

Cyraft is pleased to offer a limited one-year product warranty on angel tree toppers. The One-Year Limited Warranty guarantees the quality of our angels’ wings, lights, clothes, bodies, and motors. Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are fully covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.

If you have problems with or need help with your toppers, we would recommend that you first try to resolve the issue using the Instructions manual. If that does not solve your problem or you would prefer to speak with a Customer Specialist, please contact us via email: [email protected]. We will assist you by troubleshooting the problem and identifying an appropriate solution. This may occasionally include requesting a photo of the issue.

Please do not attempt self-repair, other than as shown in the instructions that we have provided or as directed by a Customer Specialist, as this may damage the topper further and subsequently void the warranty.
